Refund Policy

At Crust & Craft Pizzeria, we take pride in the quality of the freshly made pizzas and other food products we offer. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and our patrons might need to return an order. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds can be provided and the process for initiating a refund request.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678 as soon as possible. Order cancellations are only possible if the preparation of your food has not yet begun. Once preparation is underway, we are unable to cancel the order and offer a refund.

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food you received, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide us with a brief explanation of the issue, and we may offer a re-preparation of your order or a refund, depending on the situation. Issues reported after 2 hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or re-preparation.

Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect order, please call us at +39 06 1234 5678 immediately, and we will arrange for the correct order to be prepared and delivered as quickly as possible. In such cases, you may return the incorrect order in the condition you received it, and a full refund will be issued or a new order will be prepared without additional charges.

Returns Process

Please note that all returns should be initiated by contacting us over the phone at +39 06 1234 5678. Any food to be returned must be in the same condition that you received it. The food should remain uneaten, and in the original packaging wherever possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Time Frame

It may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed and credited back to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for a refund, such as custom-made orders and gift cards.
