'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with a vision to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our small restaurant began with family-held recipes that have been passed from one generation to another.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, perfected her pizza craft by learning from experienced pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza originated. When she came back to the UK, she vowed to offer the genuine taste of Italian pizza employing authentic methods and premium ingredients.
Originally a quaint 12-seat pizza shop, we've grown into a cherished local eatery. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and authenticity has stayed strong. We continue to employ traditional wood oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the family, led by the second generation of Bianchis, who continue to drive our enthusiastic team. Even as we've incorporated new advancements, we've maintained the core of our success: crafting mouthwatering, authentic pizza that unites our community.
